Full MCP management, focused handoff, and a cleaner pin dialog
Agents can now manage projects, collections, batches, sessions, pins, and comments through MCP — locally without an account, in the Cloud with scoped keys. By default, finishing a session hands over only the pins that still need work, and the viewer's pin dialog drops its technical tabs.
Full MCP management for sessions and organization
Agents can create, read, update, and delete projects, collections, batches, sessions, pins, and pin comments through MCP. Pinar Local offers these operations to agents on the same machine, without an account or key; Pinar Cloud applies the key's permission and scope to every operation.
Focused handoff, full detail on demand
By default, when a session finishes, only the pins that still need work enter the compact handoff, with the page context to act on them; the session's full detail stays reachable from the handoff's links. With Prompt you copy the text, with Link only the session link, and with Off nothing is copied. Pin notes and thread comments stay editable, following the same Local and Cloud rules as the viewer.
A cleaner pin dialog without the technical tabs
The viewer's pin dialog no longer offers the Markdown and Structure technical tabs. The pin's context now renders inline in the preview, and the conversation tab opens first, keeping comments, evidence, and edits together.
